1. Service Appointments
Booking and Confirmation: All appointments must be scheduled and confirmed at least 24 hours advance of service. Appointments scheduled or confirmed less than 24 hours in advance may incur a Same-Day booking fee of $25. A valid contact number and servicing location are required at the time of all appointment bookings.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
Weather Delays: Services may be rescheduled due to severe weather conditions.
2. Service Scope and Expectations
Service Limitations: Mobile detailing requires adequate space and accessibility to the vehicle. Services may not be performed if the area is deemed unsafe or unsuitable (e.g., no illegal/street parking, extreme weather, etc.).
Water/Electricity Supply: A water and/or electricity supply may be required for certain services. Some services may not be able to be rendered without direct and easy access to a water spigot and/or electrical outlet.
Inspection: A pre-service inspection will be conducted, and any pre-existing damage will be noted.
Result Disclaimer: While every effort is made to achieve the best results, certain issues like deep scratches, excessive stains, or long-term damage may not be completely resolved.
3. Payments
Pricing: All prices are as quoted and may vary based on the vehicle’s size, condition, and additional services requested.
Payment Methods: Payment is due upon completion of the service. Accepted methods include cash, digital payments, and check.
4. Liability
Damage: Attention to Detail, LLC is not liable for any pre-existing conditions, mechanical issues, or damages caused by the vehicle’s condition.
Valuables: Please remove all personal items from the vehicle. Attention to Detail, LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged items left inside.
5. Service Satisfaction
Complaints and Adjustments: If you are not satisfied with the service, please inform us immediately to address the issue.
Timeframe: Any claims must be submitted within 24 hours of the service completion.
6. Customer Obligations
Access and Resources: Customers must provide safe and legal access to their vehicle for service. Adequate water and power sources must be available when required.
Preparation: Vehicles should be clear of significant debris or personal items to facilitate efficient service. Additional fees may apply for excessive preparation cleaning.
7. Miscellaneous
Service Areas: Services are available within a specific radius. Additional charges may apply for locations outside of the defined service area.
